The fourth Turbo Florio build was initiated in 2023 and delivered in September 2023.
This build pays homage to all the post-993 heritage, conceding to water cooling in their flagship 911 Turbo platform, which remains the benchmark today to which all others are compared.
This car shares many of the technologies with its Taycan EV sibling such as Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control, (PDCC) Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus) to name a few.
Just as the 993 was the last air-cooled generation, the 992.1 is the last pure ICE generation.
The name "Soul to Squeeze" was inspired by the fact that all of its air-cooled siblings were going through stages of restoration; this water-cooled sibling is my "Soul to Squeeze".
